Here are the before and after photos around Alvin's first major haircut.

Today was Alvin's first experience playing in the mini swimming pool. It was also his first experience with sunblock in the hair... which seems to make for pretty cool styling gel... what do you think???

New job + work around the house = really busy Dad. Only have time to post some more pictures... Hope you are all doing well.

Video #2... His talents don't stop at walking. He is also the Sunday paper's worst nightmare.

I'm not sure how well this will work but I thought we would try a new trick on the blog... video!!! The picture is pretty bad due to lack of light (and a camera person who hasn't figured out all of the bells and whistles on the new video camera). Regardless, give it a try and we will see how well it works.

Alvin has been walking pretty good for the last few weeks so we thought it would be fun to show everyone his progress. Good news - he is learning to catch himself and avoid any major crashes. Bad news - he is really mobile now with the walking and crawling so Mom and Dad can't look away for long without wondering where he went. Anyway, I hope everyone is doing great and look forward to seeing/talking to everyone soon...

This weekend Uncle Matt, Aunt Kelli and Aaron came over to spend the night and hang out... Alvin has learned that he isn't a big fan of sharing his toys yet but Aaron was a good sport and brought some of his own.

Bathtime is getting more entertaining... He has learned that splashing Mommy is really fun and now you can all see what he looks like when his hair is under control (which is rare).
