The first Lauer family Christmas party...
The following captions begin at the top and work their way down.
1)The first family photo in a long time. Obviously there have been a couple great additions to the family... Kelli and AJ. The two handsome baby boys are pretty good additions also. HA!
2)A meeting of the minds or miniature Rock-em Sock-em robots?
3)Uncle Matt is my hero!!!
4)Presents, presents, presents!!! I think I have this whole Christmas thing figured out now.
5)Grandpa and Alvin surfing the web for investment tips, YouTube videos and diaper sales.

The first Baughman family Christmas party...
I thought I would provide captions for each photo starting at the top.
1) Nicole was very happy to meet the little guy and help out with the feeding duties.
2)"Hey Rocky, watch me pull a rabbit out of this hat!" (That's right... a Bullwinkle reference)
3)Showing off for Grandma and Great Grandma.
4)Aunt Barb hasn't missed a beat when it comes to having fun with the kids... she even has the shoulder drool spot to prove it.
5)Kim helped out with present opening and she was a natural with Alvin... again. (check out the towel over the shoulder for no specific reason - very nice)
6)...already picking on Brett. Take it easy on him son, the winter canoe trip is only 18 years away and you might need his help when the time comes.
7)Brett didn't appreciate the heckling...
8)In the end he let it slide and all is well again.

We had our first family Christmas party of the year last weekend. It was great to see everyone and show off how much AJ has grown. As predicted (by Andy), Kerry got ahold of him quickly and helped out with gift opening process. He made the rounds, showed off his conversation skills and maybe found a mentor (your turn to be the role model Brandon...).

More pictures from his first family Christmas party. As you can see, AJ is a big fan of Great Grandma Addis (and whatever that dollnis eating... where's mine?)

We haven't done a lot of decorating around the house but the tree is up and AJ is doing his best impression of a Christmas present... "Hey, shouldn't there be a bunch colorful boxes with ribbons and tags that say To AJ around here"?

I know we have posted some other pictures like this but I never get tired of seeing the little guy hanging out with Grandpa...

AJ's first Christmas present arrived and we couldn't wait until the 25th to open it.

Once again... sorry for the lengthy delay in posting. As many of you know, Jen has been back to work for a few weeks now and I have recently taken a new job so we have been a little busy. In order to make up for that we will be posting a bunch of pictures today starting with a couple from Thanksgiving. AJ's big cousin Aaron came over to play (and so did Grandpa).

The little man is trying to stand; in these pictures AJ is enjoying playing in his exer-saucer. He just might walk before he crawls! Lookout world, AJ is figuring things out!

AJ loves to eat his cereal. He is up to two feedings a day. While eating, he tries to grab the spoon to feed himself! Soon enough...

I am an Angel!

Well, another Wolverine loss to OSU...boo!!! Mommy, Aunt Deb, and I had fun watching the game, though!

I'm only getting away with publishing this because Daddy is out-of-town. But I couldn't resist; these pictures are adorable.

We've still been busy taking pictures; these three include one in his puppy outfit (which is significant because it is a six-month age outfit), yet another picture with his best friend Molly, and finally a picture of him in a coat made by my mentor teacher from Pinckney High School, Mary. As you can see, he loves to ham it up for the camera!

While Daddy's away at Deer Camp, Mommy and Baby will play! (Little) AJ and I are hanging out this weekend, and we thought we would post some pictures....Halloween included!! If you couldn't tell, little Alvin was Alvin from the Chipmunks this year! (Some family members and friends say that this costume might scar him for life, but I thought it was cute:)

Alot has happened since our last post...first haircut, first cereal feeding, and we've hit the four-month mark! AJ is growing so fast; soon he'll be getting into everything. Note to parents: time to start babyproofing!

Happy Halloween!!!

Now that most of the leaves have fallen (onto our yard of course) we decided to rake some of them into a pile and turn AJ loose for a bit. He was amazed by the crunching noise that they made and it was hard to get his attention so we could get some good photos. In 13 years I plan to bring these pictures out while he is raking this yard to remind him how much more fun it was to scatter the leaves rather than clean them up... Ha Ha Ha, the plotting begins!

Are the fish biting yet?

Once again... he has Grandpa Leuneberg wrapped around his finger.
